At The Home of N•A, the integrity of your ritual and the purity of our products are paramount. Due to the personal nature of skincare and supplements, and to ensure the absolute safety, hygiene, and quality of every item we send, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges.
This policy is your assurance that every product you receive from us is brand new, untouched, and has been handled with the highest standard of care exclusively for you. It is our commitment to the purity and efficacy of your N•A experience.
Damages & Issues
We ask that you please inspect your order upon its arrival. While we take every precaution, in the rare event that your ritual arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@homeofna.com.
To ensure we can resolve this for you as swiftly as possible, please include in your email:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photograph of the issue (the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging).
We address these instances on a case-by-case basis and are dedicated to finding a satisfactory solution with you, which may include a replacement product or store credit to be used on a future ritual.
Please note that issues reported more than 7 days after your delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.
