1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or product launches.
2. U.S. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states.

3. International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
We are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the near future.
4. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@homeofna.com with your name and order number. We’ll look into it immediately.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may have restrictions when delivering to P.O. Boxes.
If necessary, we may contact you for an alternative shipping address.
6. Our Commitment to Quality (Returns & Refunds)
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This policy ensures that every item you receive has been handled with the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control — never resold or reused.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@homeofna.com, including your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will review your case promptly and offer a refund or replacement when appropriate.
